Outstanding scooter and service!!!

The scooter was delivered within a week and a half. I also had difficulty charging the battery but it was my error as I needed to install a fuse. Juan in customer support was great!!!

Is not as described or Pictured

I am truly blown away and amazed. The pictures and description do not do this scooter justice relative to what it is like in person. It feels like the build of a motorcycle, high quality materials, perfect welds and overall design work in unison to make this bike a solid vehicle that stands out. I get cars slowing, people stopping me and kids drooling everywhere I go. The bike is fast, handles big guys like myself, weighing in at 285 yet still reaches 35mph with ease.

Instructions were very minimal and buyers beware if you have not owned a bicycle or know about basic maintenance. The chain will need lubricant immediately and the disc brakes need cleaned regularly to avoid high-pitched noises. I had to adjust the chain tension, needing to loosen as the scooter could barely move because of how tight it was. All of this is common maintenance so make sure you understand the basics. Altogether this is a great purchase and would recommend to anyone considering this type of scooter
