Returns & Refunds
All refunds for any cancellations after your order has been processed will be minus the 3% transaction fee.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase after you have received your item we will gladly accept your returned item. Our general returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the arrival of your purchase unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. However, this time period may be extended or shortened (some brands have 7 day return policy) depending on your product manufacturer. Check below for each brand policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Merchandise must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund if it has been ridden, worn, assembled, used, fueled, abused or damaged in any way. Customers are responsible for total shipping cost (original shipment and return) of merchandise at their own expense unless notified otherwise. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please use a traceable shipping carrier for returns. Returned product will have a restocking fee of 15 - 30%, it may be lower depending on the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ewheelsshop.com and send your item to: the address that we provide to you.
Cancellations:
Any cancellations after your order has been processed will be minus the 3% transaction fee NO EXCEPTIONS. A 20% cancellation fee will incur if customer cancels after 24 hours of the order being processed.
Any cancellations of your sale after the item has shipped will be billed to your credit card (totally shipping cost) and the restocking fee up to 20% will be charged to you.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: the address that we provide to you.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When shipping your item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: If Applicable means the process will only take place if pertinent or relevant according to the situation or requirements.
