Big Cat USA Returns

Just in case you need to, this is our return policy:

If you want to return the product, you have 7 days to try it out. If you do not like it after 7 days, you can return it to Big Cat ® Electric Bikes in the same boxes and packing material it came with along with all the paperwork. We charge a 25% restocking fee.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
You can contact us and we will arrange for UPS to pick it up.

Once your product is received back, it will be inspected for any damages. If there is no damage, we will refund your credit card (minus the 25%) and the shipping cost.
