Great, the bike came with little assembly and what needed to be assembled was easy.

Item as ordered and support responsive

We received the bike and basket in separate containers, and at different times, just an FYI. Whenever I emailed requesting track status, support was very responsive. We love the bike and it was easy to build.

The process was great and everything shipped complete. Bike was easy to setup. I would higly recommend the Classic. Great price and service. A+++++++++++

Great bike, impossible assembly

Once the bike was assembled and the provided brake pads were replaced, this bike is great. It's perfect for the commuter who needs help with the first or last mile of the commute. I ride this bike 3-5 miles/day (maximum 5-10 miles) and this is the perfect bike for that. Casual cruiser, nothing intense.
I gave the bike 3 stars because the assembly was impossible, even for the professional bike shop that I took it to. They had to replace the brake pads because the ones provided were extremely cheap & squeaky (even after some tinkering and greasing), and most items didn't align so they bike shop had to make holes larger, re-align, etc.
This bike has pedal assist and a throttle, so you can move without peddling - it's a great boost for hills!
The basket ships separately, so be patient for that! I appreciate that it comes with a basket, front light, rear rack and bell!
The color is creme/beige, not white, but it goes great with the brown leather accent pieces. It has a great vintage, Euro look! I've gotten a lot of compliments on it riding around the city.
Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. I did a lot of research before purchasing, and I believe this is the best bang for your buck (and best looking) if you're looking for a bike for casual uses. If you're a beginner biker like myself, take this to a bike shop to be assembled - and one that has patience!! It would've been impossible to assembly myself.
