Wtf

Bought this for my son's birthday. Shipping was fast but when it showed up, the box looked like it was run over multiple times. Inside the box was the bike with broken on off switch, missing bolts and nuts and missing front axel for the front tire. The bike also looks like it was used and returned. Now I'm waiting to see if and when the missing parts will be sent out. This is so ridiculous

High quality bike at a great orice!
