Great Bike!

I searched for a bike with a full back seat and a basket for my dog and finally found the Belize Tri-Rider. I waited 4 months for delivery but that was only because of Covid.
Epic Wheels had great customer service, keeping me informed on the ETA of the bike. They have a great selection too!

No action on issues

The Belize tririder comfort I received had a deep scratch on the fork. I reached out to them. We went back and forth with a few emails. I was told Someone would get back to me early this week. It is now Thursday and nobody has got back to me. The directions for this bike were generic and most parts were not for it. This is Chinese quality at an American price.
